Don't forget to pack the KY!

I was looking up the rules and regs - what's allowed, not allowed etc. for an international flight and I came across this:

Personal lubricants - You are allowed to carry up to 3 oz., in a clear, one-quart plastic bag.

Who the hell needs to get lubed up on an airplane...and dare I ask why? Must be all that double fisting as my British friends say.
